What is FND?

Doctor Info

From Jama Neurology this document is best to give straight to a General Practitioner (GP) or Conultant Neurologist.

It gives details that will be helpful to them from suspicion – diagnosis – treatment. A great resource even if they haven’t hear of FND before.

Physio Info

A number of top medical proffessionals have written this upon agreeing the best way to treat FND from a physiotherapist’s perspective.

It is highly recommended you print this quick read off to give straight to your physiotherapist.

OT Info

It is recommended that treatment uses a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).

Part of this team should be an Occupational Therapist (OT).

This document is also great to be printed off & handed to straight to your OT. Ask for referral to 1 if you haven’t been yet.
